Special number plate orders for Christmas

The cut-off date to order customisable plates for pre-Christmas delivery has now passed, however you can still visit a Service SA Customer Service Centre and purchase Premium , Euro and Koala number plates anytime.

You are still welcome to order Custom, Personalised, Bike Rack and R&S plates, however pre-Christmas delivery is not guaranteed. We will manufacture and supply them as soon as possible.

If you choose to buy a special number plate as a gift for a friend or family member, make sure you have all the details of the person the gift is for.

You will need their:

licence number
surname, and
date of birth.

If you order online, the plate agreement will be posted directly to the recipient's postal address.

Holiday period trading hours

Service SA Customer Service Centres and phone services are closed on the following dates:

Monday 25 December – Tuesday 26 December 2023
Monday 1 January 2024

Manufacture and supply of customisable number plates will return to normal from Tuesday 2 January 2024, and plate orders will generally be ready for collection within 10 working days of placing an order.
